There’s nothing more important right now than for you to feel safe in your own home. We have altered our usual plan for design and installations to take every precaution for your safety and health, so you can still create the warm, inviting space you had planned to enjoy.
Here’s how our plan has changed.
Design
To minimize physical contact, Initial Consultations and Design Consultations happen virtually on Zoom or FaceTime as often as possible.
In the event where we need to visit your home for a design consultation, we will be masked and fast!
In virtual consultations, we can even instruct you on how to get accurate, preliminary measurements of your windows and doors.
Fabric samples can be sent through the mail or viewed by email and text message.
Creation
From fabrication to installation, our experienced team upholds the latest guidelines for safe hygiene practices to ensure your safety and welfare.
We are careful to plan ahead to minimize surprises in the installation process and the time our licensed installers spend in your home.
When on-site, we maintain a safe distance and avoid physical contact. We will also wear a face mask to protect you.
If your installation is for our outdoor products like exterior solar screen shades and curtains, we should be able to perform the work without close contact with you or your family.

At the end of the day, it is absolutely possible for you to transform your environment in a safe manner so you can be inspired by your surroundings.
